SHIPPING & REFUND

All orders are shipped from Mexico City, Mexico. We offer world wide standard, and express shipping. All costs and timelines are projected at checkout. All orders come with tracking information that you will receive to the email you provided us with. 

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or e-store credit. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Items may be returned for e-store credit, or exchanged for alternate size. Sale items are not eligible.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. 


POSSIBLE DELAYS

Please be reminded that all House of Locura products are shipped directly from Mexico. When orders are shipped internationally and reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may cause delays. 

DUE TO THE CURRENT SITUATION WITH COVID-19 YOU MAY EXPERIENCE DELAYS WITH SHIPPING.

ORIGINAL SHIPPING FEE PAID IS NON-REFUNDABLE
